KAZA TUNNEL REINFORCEMENT GEOGRID

TYPES:

Geogrid roof of the mine

● The elongation is low, the actual data is 4.1 percent.

● It weighs about 0.9-1.3 kg per square meter, which is only 1/3 of the weight of the metal protective net. The size can be freely cut to facilitate on-site management.

● Good flexibility, reduces labor intensity of workers, and can effectively improve work efficiency

Mine Geogrid Rib

● Friction is not easy to generate static electricity. In the coal mine environment, the average surface resistance of the plastic mesh is 1109Ω as follows.

● Good flame retardant performance. In an open flame environment, it only melts but does not burn, even if it burns within 10 seconds from the fire, it will be extinguished.

● Easy to wash charcoal. The density of the plastic net is around 0.92. Less than the density of water, during the coal washing process, the broken mesh floats on the water surface and is easy to be washed away.

● It is convenient for construction and transportation.

● Corrosion resistance, anti-aging, chemically and biologically inert.

● Both vertical and horizontal directions have strong bearing capacity. The ribs and ribs formed by two-way stretching are perpendicular to each other. This structure enables the pressure applied to the mesh surface to be effectively transmitted to the surrounding ribs through the nodes, which improves the overall pressure-bearing capacity of the mesh surface. When an external force is applied to a certain rib (or rib), the external force is evenly distributed to other ribs (or ribs), which reduces the concentrated bearing capacity of a single root, so it is not easy to cause the ribs to break.
